Rentals are only available after hours.
Flat-Rate Rental Fees (Just using the space, No Service):
Our rates to rent the space after hours is $300/hr for the first hour and $150/ hr every hour after that.
Spending Minimum Rental Fees (Drinks & Pastries Available for Purchase):
If you’d like to use the space to host an event and have our baristas available, then our spending minimum would be $300/hr for the first hour and $150/ hr every hour after that. With spending minimums, Rival Coffee requires that X amount is spent per hour & whatever difference is NOT spent - is billed to the event host.
